Executive Summary

Solution enables eligible persons to digitally sign electronic documents using on her mobile device. Turkish Electronic Signature Act authorized MNOs officially to provide electronic signature service. Mobile signature SIM App compatible SIM card is sent to the customer, certificate generation process is initiated and in a short time customer can start securely signing electronic documents in all channels that support mobile signature service, including public services such as e-government.

Problem and Opportunity

Handwritten signature is seamless part of all agreements. In many countries where legislation entitled individuals or corporates to use Electronic Signature, there is still tight dependency to USB token vendors due to drivers, OS and intermediate application. The mobile signature solution relieves the dependency on USB devices and their vendors and helps MNOs to increase service coverage and customer satisfaction with the same level of security standard conformance.
